INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1 sheet of frozen sablé dough
- 500 g of cream cheese
- 5 dl of milk
- 75 g of sugar
- 2 envelopes of curd powder
- Fig jam
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Defrost the dough I knew at room temperature. Spread with a roller and cover with it a mold. Bake 12 minutes or until the dough begins to brown; remove.
Put a saucepan over medium heat with 500 g cream cheese, milk, 75 g of sugar and curd diluted in a little cold milk. Maintain until a very homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Pour over dough baked the mixture obtained in the previous step. Leave in the fridge until set. Once curdled, spread 3 tablespoons of fig jam on top and serve.
