INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1 sheet of broken dough
- 1 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Black pepper
- 500 g of cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 90 g of sugar
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 tablespoons icing sugar
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Brush a circular baking dish with a little butter. Sprinkle flour on top. Spread a sheet of broken dough until it is very thin and cover with it the mold. Bake 5 minutes. Remove and reserve.
Put the cheese in a bowl, Cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, sugar and eggs. Beat until you get a homogeneous cream. Bake, lower the temperature to 160º C and cook 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cake inside, with the door ajar, 60 minutes.
