How to prepare a fresh cranberry sorbet

It's not an ice cream anymore ... We are sure it will be summer ice cream, so start doing it and upload it to your Instagram.

Difficulty: Easy Time: +60 min.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 600 g of blueberries
- 1 dl apple juice
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of icing sugar

Step 1:

Wash blueberries well. Put them in a saucepan on the fire with apple juice and 100 g of sugar. Stir and simmer for 15 min. Remove and let cool slightly at room temperature.

Step 2:


Pour the mixture obtained in the previous step into the blender glass. Crush for 2 minutes. Strain the resulting mixture by crushing the pulp well with a spoon to obtain all the juices. Discard the pulp.

Step 3:


Put the juices in the freezer. When it starts to freeze, scrape with a spoon. Repeat the operation every 30 minutes until a slush is obtained. Serve in the form of balls with cranberries and icing sugar.

The result ... A spectacular ice cream!
