VEGAN HAMBURGUESA DE ALUBIA ROJA Y QUINOA

Ingredients:- 1 cooked beet
- 200 g of cooked red beans
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 whole grain buns
- 1 cucumber
- Onion sprouts

Preheat oven 180º C. Crush the beet without mashing. Put the beans, sesame oil and egg in a blender glass. Salpimentar and crush. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the beet. Add quinoa and chopped onion. Mix and form 4 hamburgers.

Put the burgers in a baking tray on baking paper and leave 15 minutes, turning them in the middle of cooking. Remove and reserve.

Open the avocado in half, Remove the seed and peel. Put the pulp in a bowl with the lemon juice, a tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper. Crush with a fork until pureed. Spread on an open bread. Put the sprouts, the hamburger on top of the avocado mixture and finish with a few slices of cucumber.

TOFU HAMBURGER

A rich, healthy and very healthy recipe as a meat substitute.

Ingredients:- 400 gr of tofu
- 3 small carrots
- between 7 and 10 nines
- The zest of half a lemon
- 2 teaspoons curry
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt

Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the tofu into thin slices and grind the nuts with the help of a mortar. In a bowl, mix it with curry, lemon, cumin and a pinch of salt. Shape and mix the dough well and let stand half an hour. After this time, place a pan on the fire and when the oil is hot, fry and brown the hamburgers. Let them do well inside.

SOY HAMBURGER

This recipe is based on textured soy, one of the main ingredients of the vegan diet. The best? You can use the same elaboration procedure to make it with meatballs, chickpeas ... instead of soy.

Ingredients:
- a glass of textured soy (about 100 gr)
- four tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Water

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and mix well. Add water to make a manageable dough and a dash of soy. In a pan with hot oil, put the amount of dough that fits in a spoon and crush. Let it brown on each side and remove on absorbent paper.

- 3 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 2 potatoes
- 1 medium egg
- Salt and pepper
- Flour
- Olive oil

Clean the vegetables, peels and cut them laminated. Sauté in a pan and let them soften. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. In another pan, let the oil warm and put the dough, which you can get with a spoon and crush on the pan. Brown on both sides and serve.
