This week we bring you 6 ideal dishes, some fresher such as mullets and others more blunt like ribs, but all are very easy to prepare and delicious.

Marinated turkey

INGREDIENTS (4 people):
- 4 turkey breasts
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Laurel
- Salt
- Black peppercorns

Season the turkey. Peel and chop the onion and carrot. Put a casserole on the fire with turkey breast, onion, carrot, 8 peppercorns, bay leaf and a pinch of salt. Complete with oil, water and vinegar in equal parts.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 350 g beef tenderloin

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 600 g of pulpits
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- Fish or vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 dl of brandy
- 5 tomatoes
- 700 g of potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Wash and drain the pulpits well. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Put a casserole on the fire, cover the bottom with virgin olive and poach the onion. Add the garlic, sauté a couple of minutes to release the aroma and add the peppered sprinkles. Keep on medium heat 3 or 4 minutes.

- 2 apples

- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Salt
- Pepper

Pepper the chops and put them in source. Add 2 dl of Port wine, brown sugar and Modena vinegar. Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

Peel and cut the onions into thin rings. Put a pan on the fire with 10 g of butter and the cut onions. Leave on medium heat 5 minutes and add 1 dl of port wine. Leave on fire until the wine is almost completely reduced.

Cut the apples into slices 0.5 cm thick. Grill over low heat with apples until soft; remove. Raise the heat and put the drained chops of your marinade on the grill. Mark on both sides. Serve with the onion and apple.

Red mullets with salad and tapenade

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 12 mullets
- 200 g of mixed lettuce
- Lemon
- 150 g pitted black olives
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 1 knife of pickled capers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Bread
- Fresh thyme

Prepare the tapenade. Desalt the anchovy fillets or use canned. Peel the garlic clove, split in half and remove the germ. Leaf the thyme branch. Crush the black olives with anchovies, capers, olive oil, thyme leaves, half the clove of garlic and lemon juice. Reserve in the fridge.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 1.5 kg of pork ribs
- 40 g molasses
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground ginger
- 2 onions
- 2 black garlic
- Sriracha sauce
- 1 lime
- Sugar
- 2 bananas
- Salt
- Sunflower oil

Preheat the oven 200º C. Mix a tablespoon of garlic, another onion powder, another ginger and salt. Massage the ribs with the mixture. Leave in the fridge 1 h.

Put a casserole on the fire with 3 tablespoons of oil, an onion and 2 garlic. Keep on fire 5 minutes and add 4 tablespoons of sriracha sauce, lime juice and molasses. Spread with the sauce obtained the rib. Wrap in foil and bake 90 min. After that time, open the foil and leave another 15 minutes.

Peel and chop 1/2 onion. Peel and cut the banana into slices. Put a pan on the fire with a little oil and saute the onion. Add the banana and a spoonful of sugar. Stir a few minutes. Remove and crush with a fork. Serve the ribs with the banana.
