Hungarian goulash, a delicious dish of very complete meat

Goulash is one of the typical dishes of several European countries. On this occasion we tell you how to prepare the Hungarian goulash.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 800 g of veal needle
- Flour
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 l of red wine
- 4 brevas
- 150 g mushrooms
- Blueberries
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper

Salpimentar the beef and flour it lightly. Put a casserole on the fire with a little virgin olive oil and add the meat. Once it's golden,
remove the casserole and reserve.

Peel and chop the onion, carrots and half a red pepper. Wash, dry well and chop the tomatoes. Put a casserole on the fire with a little olive oil and poach the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add the meat to the casserole. Add the red wine and cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until the sauce thickens. After 25 minutes of cooking, add mushrooms, brevas and a handful of blueberries.
